Tamarack Hollow Farm pasture raises pork, chicken and turkey of the highest standard. We strategically limit the number of animals raised to ensure quality of life for the animals while maintaining balance with the environment. Small batch farming helps ensure that our animals live unstressed and healthy lives. Pasture foraging and open air produce meats that are naturally lean, minerally rich and uncommonly flavorful. We offer a ten month, all meat, CSA program providing monthly deliveries throughout northern New England. Mail order is also available.
