B.goods bakery produces 14 varieties of cookies suitable for those with allergies, including ginger, chocolate, and oatmeal. The chili chocolate is a top seller.

The concept of creating treats for people with special diets began to take root. Brad decided to use high-quality, natural ingredients to make cookies so delicious everyone would eat them.

For two years, he developed recipes for cookies free of gluten, dairy products, eggs and wheat.

Brad needed the right location to bake the cookies. Brad saw a for sale sign on a Snap-On Tools truck. The truck was high enough for his six-foot frame and big enough to hold an oven, sink, refrigerator and workbench.
