Empire Brewing Company uses 100% New York State produced renewable energy. We are passionate about protecting our environment and constantly strive to find ways to reduce our own carbon footprint. Whether it's growing herbs, vegetables, hops and flowers in our own garden, feeding livestock with spent grains from the brewing process, or converting used fry oil to bio-diesel, our commitment to green will continue to reach far beyond the energy boundaries.

Empire Brewing Company was recently awarded the 'Snail of Approval' from Slow Food: Central New York. We are proud of and support local organic farms and gardens, using their products in our food and beer whenever possible.
