More Information

Sweet Stem Farm is part of a multi-generational family farm occupying 118 acres of prime farmland just west of Ephrata in Lancaster County, PA. On 60 intensively managed acres of the farm, we produce some of the best tasting, humanely raised meat in our region.

We offer pork, beef and lamb from animals raised with extraordinary attention to their health and welfare. Our animals are all raised without the use of sub-therapeutic antibiotics and are free of synthetic hormones.

We believe our high-touch approach to animal care is responsible for the superb eating quality of our products.

Our beef cattle are 100% grass-fed. Our lambs are raised mostly on pasture where they eat grass along with a bit of grain. We raise our pigs in Global Animal Partnership (GAP) approved greenhouse-style hoop barns.

Products and Production Methods:

Beef - Grass Fed, No Routine Antibiotic Use
Lamb - Grass Fed, No Added Hormones, Non Confined, Pasture Raised, No Routine Antibiotic Use
Pork - No Added Hormones, Heritage, No Routine Antibiotic Use, Pasture Raised
