Rabbits, which average 2-3 pounds each, are available fresh or frozen. "Salad Bar Beef" is available in late October in quarters, halves, or whole. Goat or lamb are sold in the late fall. Eggs from pastured hens are available at their self-service stand six days a week throughout the spring, summer and early fall. Fresh produce is available in season.
