Evans Farmhouse Creamery is a family-owned and operated dairy farm and creamery located in Norwich, NY. The farm's signature product is the certified organic, vat pasteurized, creamline (non-homogenized) milk, produced by a herd of 50 pasture-raised Holstein cattle. The richer, creamier milk produced by the Evans' 50 Jersey cows is used to make organic European-style yogurt made with all-natural products and sweetened with syrup. The yogurt comes in a variety of delicious flavors, including lemon & blackberry. Organic cream, butter, and cheese is also available, as well as maple syrup. All dairy products are available at the farm seven days a week, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., but it's always best to call ahead and confirm that someone will be there.
