We offer lean, natural Angus beef: frozen cuts, smoked summer sausage, beef sticks and jerky. Our steers are grass-fed and free-range; most are grass-finished. Certified by Food Alliance Midwest, indicating our meat is raised sustainably, locally, antibiotic and hormone free, and land and water friendly. We are also certified by the Animal Welfare Institute. Visits by appointment only please.
