About In the Valley Community Farm
In the Valley Community Farm is a small, sustainable turkey farm that started in 1996. After farming on rented land for a couple years, we found our own land. In 1998, after six years of looking, we knocked on the right door and found a dairy farmer that wanted to sell. The farm is located in Afton, MN, just East of the Twin Cities metro area. It is near the St. Croix River which flows into the Mississippi River, and is surrounded by rolling hills. Our antibiotic-free, hormone-free, pasture-raised turkeys are available the Tuesday before Thanksgiving every year. Please give us a call or email to inquire about availability.
