About Lively Run Goat Dairy
Lively Run Goat Dairy produces fine, gourmet goat cheeses. Products include a variety of cheeses, including chevre, feta, and Cayuga blue. Other products include goat cheese ice cream and truffles.Lively Run goats are entirely non-medicated and fed a mixture of grasses, hay, alfalfa, and a soy-based protein supplement. Please note, however, that the goats are raised inside a barn and do not receive access to the outdoors.
Products can be found at various retail and health food stores, as well as at the farm store which is open from 10-5 Monday through Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Farm tours are also given on Saturdays.
