Established in 1970 by Carmella and Frank Quattro, our farm store has grown with the family, evolving from a simple convenience store to a custom butcher shoppe and specialty store. We pride ourselves in having top quality , prime cuts of beef as well as fresh poultry and game, sourced directly from our farm. Come browse the unique and exotic varieties of fresh and smoked meats, imported cheeses, craft beers and other provisions which clutter the shelves within!
