Skyland Farm features over thirteen different bloodlines of some of the best winning animals in the country. The genetics make such a significant difference that general customers and chefs often attest to the meat's superior flavor to other, more conventional goat and lamb.

All of the animals are grass-fed, pasture-raised, and cared for under strict humane guidelines. Meats are available for shipping nationwide and for pick-up straight from the farm, which is located in central New York just north of Cooperstown. Meat should be available year-round and in a range of cuts, including chops, legs, sausages, ground, stew and more. Call at least a week or 10 days in advance for smaller orders (an assortment of cuts) and at least two to three weeks in advance for larger orders (larger cuts, parties, etc.) or during the holidays.
