They have tried to create a caring experience for their guests which nourishes the soul, as well as the body. Their cuisine can best be described as contemporary comfort food. They bake most of their own breads and desserts. Their food is made on premises from scratch ingredients. They source our food, beverages and supplies locally as best they can and they deal only with regional purveyors, keeping their money local as much as possible.
