Buck Run Farm
About Buck Run Farm
Buck Run Farm is Located just off Route 82, 6 miles south of Coatesville, Pennsylvania. The entire farm is covered with grasses and legumes, which are grazed year round by our black Angus cattle. They are watered from Buck Run, a tributary of the Brandywine Creek, which supplies drinking water to Wilmington, Delaware. We rely on improved pastures to keep our animals healthy, happy and growing. We are not certified organic, but we treat our animals and the environment with great care. We do not feed antibiotics or use hormone implants. We are not licensed to sell retail cuts other than ground beef. If you want steaks and roasts, etc., we will be happy to sell you a steer (or part interest in one) that is ready for market. You can choose all-grass fed (seasonal), or an animal fed partly on grain. We use steak and roast cuts to make a premium quality chopped sirloin.
Angusburger comes frozen, one pound in vacuum pack at $4.50/lb. This is the only product we ship by overnight express, and the buyer is responsible for this extra cost.
