Jeffries’ unique approach to dining is based on our belief of a sustainable Lancaster and a local food-based economy. During his first two months in Lancaster, Chef Cavanaugh visited small, family farms dotting the countryside to source the perfect ingredients. He was invigorated to find that those farms are as passionate about growing produce and raising healthy livestock, as the chefs at John J. Jeffries are about cooking it.
