About Enota Mountain Retreat
ENOTA is a certified organic biodynamic farm and retreat center located on ancient Cherokee land that has remained pesticide free. They offer a wide variety of products, including vegetables, fruits, herbs, mushrooms, eggs, dairy, and some meat. All of their animals are grassfed, pastured, hormone and antibiotic-free.
Contracted CSA shareholders get priority on their farm. They also operate an on-farm market each Wednesday.
Their retreat center now offering fine country dining in a peaceful setting. Daily fresh vegan, vegetarian or carnivore creations. Weekend specialty buffets highlight international cuisine and hearty breakfast choices start you off right.
