It's reasonable to assume that ambrosia, food of the gods, was organic. Here at Mallard they hand craft ice cream with an emphasis on fresh, local, organic ingredients.

What they do is deceptively simple, and while doing their best to stick to the basics, it is encouraged to look around and see how they turn something simple into something blatantly superior. Mallard ice cream loves its local farms and farmer! Spending years cultivating relationships and educating themselves about locally grown fruits and vegetables, they've learned what produce works best in ice cream to achieve a balanced strength of flavor. They've also found fruits uncommon to the ice cream world such as Aronia berry and Sea berry that wouldn't be possible if not for their unmatched relationship with growers.
