The current innkeepers have placed special emphasis on the environment, creating a "green" inn where recycling, reducing waste, and buying locally are taken seriously.

The Mast Inn features two restaurants - Over Yonder and Simplicity - both of which offer local, ingredient-driven cuisine and garden-based cooking.
