About Rocky Glade Farm
The Vaughn family runs Rocky Glade Farm, raising beef, Katahdin sheep and fresh vegetables. The beef are completely grass-fed and grass-finished; all animals are rotationally grazed. Although not certified organic, the vegetable farm at Rocky Glade is grown in accordance with organic practices. Composted chicken manure is used to fertilize the soil, and a kelp and fish emulsion is used to fertilize plants. Rocky Glade Farm sells products weekly at the Franklin Farmers market and also has CSA shares available for summer and winter.
