"Located on 12 acres in Temecula, California our certified organic farm enjoys a Mediterranean type climate that rarely gets a hard frost. This allows us to grow a number of tropical fruits and vegetables year round.Our main tree crops are avocado, star ruby grapefruit, feijoas (pineapple guavas), pomegranates, jujubes, oranges and figs. We also have a number of other tropical varieties.We grow a limited amount of row crops such as artichokes, eggplant, summer and winter squash.We have a computer controlled, 5800 sq ft greenhouse in which one half is dedicated to our certified organic transplant production and the other half is a aquaponic NFT (nutrient film technique) organic herb growing system. Nutrient for the aquaponic system is happily supplied by our Koi fish."
