Madecasse is all about bringing you closer to the source of the flavors of Madagascar: chocolate, vanilla, black pepper and more.
Inspired by their Peace Corps experiences, Madecasse partners with rural farmers in Madagascar to produce the best possible ingredients. They are the only chocolate company working directly with a Madagascar cocoa cooperative to provide the farmers with the training and equipment they need to get more value for their crops.
Beyond the farm, they are one of a few companies in the world to make bean-to-bar chocolate in the country that grows the cocoa. This keeps 4x more income in the hands of the Malagasy people (vs. exporting cocoa). Madecasse, an evolution of fair!
