Black Cypress
About Black Cypress
The Black Cypress opened in 2009. Each night, three of the four entrees they serve are cooked on the grill, such as New York steak that comes with mashed potatoes, broccolini and bearnaise butter; pork chops with lemon thyme potatoes and Greek slaw; and lamb chops with a garbanzo-orzo dish and Greek-style ratatouille. They source their ciabatta bread from the Panhandle Artisan Bread Company, a bakery that uses locally grown wheat. The focus is on sourcing produce from local farms for the in-season taste and freshness. The heirloom tomatoes and cubers come from Affinity Farms, a certified natural grower in the Moscow area. The beer and wine bar opens at 4 p.m. on the same days as the restaurant and closes when business thins.Near This Listing
