Forward Foods is a locally owned grocery, coffee, and cheese shop. All produce sold is certified organic. All coffee is certified fair trade. Most if not all grains and beans are organic and many are fair trade certified. Fair Trade sugars and organic flour, as well as other baking products. Over 200 cheeses from around the globe run the gamut of raw/pasteurized, cow/goat/sheep, many vegetarian, many from small-scale producers in the US and abroad.
Lunch-counter open Tuesday-Saturday, 11:00am-3:00pm - vegetarian-friendly, and lover-of-fine-meats-friendly as well.
