Our mission is to create a sustainable farm that produces health and enjoyment for our livestock, our community, our customers, and ourselves. Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, we are part of a growing movement to reconnect people to a more natural, wholesome, and healthy existence. We selected cattle to be the mainstay of our farm due to our affinity with this truly gentle creature that has historically connected mankind with the natural world. We provide grass-fed natural beef from a closed herd of Angus, Devon, and Hereford cattle born and raised on this family owned and operated farm. Cattle are pastured year-round (never confined) and eat only grasses and legumes raised on the farm (no grain feeding or purchased hays.) Cattle are managed for robust health naturally, without the use of antibiotics or synthetic growth hormones. Animal welfare is maintained through humane husbandry and harvest. Beef is dry-aged for optimal tenderness and flavor. Wolf Creek Farm is certified by the American Grassfed Association and has been recognized as the "Conservationist of the Year" by the USDA's Culpeper Soil and Water Conservation District and the Natural Resource Conservation Service. Beef is available by the individual cut or in quantities of quarter, half, or whole. All beef is vacuum sealed, flash frozen, and labeled USDA inspected.
