Bola Pizza was founded by three members, a husband named Christian, a wife named Jamie and a dog named Bola. Perfect crust was their mission. This goal took several years. Many pies had to be eaten for research. Bola never neglected his duty as canine crust taster. Due to Christian’s indefatigable spirit the crust emerged and bi-monthly pizza parties were convened where guests would exclaim that this was the best pizza in Austin. Then, came the questioning.
