About Veggielution Community Farm

A community garden and farm with an ironic location under the freeway. This farm is run by the community with a sliding scale farmers' market and farm stand. They grow seasonal vegetables that are purely organic, but not certified quite yet. The farm is run by a few select employees, but most everything is grown by volunteers who come on the workdays. Their motto is "Work in, food out" so volunteers can take home some produce for the work they have done. Veggielution also has a booth at the downtown farmer's markets and is interested in selling produce to local restaurants.
