Escoffier School of Culinary Arts is committed to being as "green" as possible. In addition to sourcing locally whenever possible, fresh products and ingredients for our programs and classes, we are dedicated to providing a healthy and sustainable school and work environment. Recycling, composting, and energy savings are just some of the steps we have taken to ensure that Escoffier School of Culinary Arts treads lightly and acts responsibly.
The Culinary Arts Curriculum proudly features a 5-week, off site Farm to Table Externship. Students are immersed in Colorado's burgeoning farming and organic food industry. Aspiring chefs gain the experience of a lifetime as they see first-hand the blood, sweat and tears that bring locally-produced ingredient to the kitchen.
