Heck's at the Ranch uses only the freshest ingredients possible to ensure a flavorful and healthy dining experience. The ingredients on their menu are grown locally and organically when available, with an entirely local and organic menu during the summer months. The immediate Tabernash region provides nearly all of the produce we need, and our beef, pork and other meats come from high-end suppliers of humanely raised, organic meat, much of which is raised in the wider Rocky Mountain area. Some beef even comes from the Devil's Thumb Ranch itself. In the colder seasons, about 70 percent of the Heck's at the Ranch menu is sourced locally and organically. Throughout the year, seafood is flown in fresh from sustainable fishers and farmers on the west coast.
