Ranch House Restaurant at Devil's Thumb Ranch Resort and Spa serves New American Mountain Cuisine, which means real food, cooked with real ingredients. Their dishes consist of organic and locally grown ingredients whenever possible, with an entirely local and organic menu during the summer months. The immediate Tabernash region provides nearly all of the produce we need, and our beef, pork and other meats come from high-end suppliers of humanely raised, organic meat, much of which is raised in the wider Rocky Mountain area. Some beef even comes from the Devil's Thumb Ranch itself. In the colder seasons, about 70 percent of the Ranch House menu is sourced locally and organically. Throughout the year, seafood is flown in fresh from sustainable fishers and farmers on the west coast.
