We endeavor to use only the finest ingredients, and to source them locally whenever possible. Only this approach can create the best food in Ithaca, New York. Our ground beef is always purchased locally, and is 100% grass fed. Our sausage is made in Lewiston, NY, by Chateau Royale. We use only Smart Chicken breast, which is certified humane and vegetable-fed, with no added hormones or antibiotics. Our eggs come from Remembrance Farms and Westwind Farms, our greens from Stick and Stone Farms, and even our most basic sauces (e.g., ketchup and mayonnaise) are all made in-house for the sake of quality and flavor. King Arthur Flour, Cabot 83 European-Style Butter, New York State real maple syrup, and house-made raspberry coulis ... the list goes on and on. Our breads -- the brioche, nine-grain boule, and french bread -- are all baked in-house.
