Station's signature dishes ebb and flow with the seasons and draw their inspiration from classic, hearty & 'hearthy' fare. Ingredients drive the menu –a community of talented local artisans are supported and showcased. Dinner favorites include the Sautéed Mushroom Toast with Herbed Garlic Butter and Gorgonzola & Paremsan cheeses, three varieties of Steamed Mussels, Crisp Sea Scallops in an English Pea puree with Lardons and Chili Oil, and the massive Vegetable Brochette skewers. Daily Brunch features rotating Pancakes specials including Chocolate Chip and Mango with Toasted Coconut, the Black Forest Station Croque with Melted Gruyere and Mornay, and the hunk of brioche that is the French Toast stuffed with Seasonal Jam and topped with Candied Walnuts.
