They purchase ethically sourced green coffee beans that have been grown on Rainforest Alliance Certified™ farms. A Rainforest Alliance Certified farm is one that complies with the 10 principles of sustainable agriculture in the Sustainable Agriculture Network standards. By sourcing from sustainably managed coffee farms, they are helping to protect the environment by conserving water, ensuring healthy soils and protecting habitats and wildlife; improve quality of life by increasing access to housing, medial aid and education for coffee growing families; and improve worker welfare by providing decent wages and safe working conditions.

Many of the green beans they purchase are certified Organic. They are certified by Baystate Organic Certifiers. They have medium & dark roast and decaf Organic coffees.
