Every day, they are partnering with local purveyors and makers of food, wine and beer. Five Loaves Cafe also works with local farms to provide fresh vegetables and only serves antibiotic-free chicken and turkey raised in the Carolinas. Additionally, they serve only hormone-free and pasture-raised beef. They even build their restaurants with sustainable materials and use ecologically sound building practices. Take out food and drink containers are biodegradable and made from recycled materials -- every detail matters. They strive to be good neighbors and a positive presence in the community.
