About Fischer Farms
Fischer Farms produces all-natural, premium Black Angus beef. Raised on the pastures of southern Indiana, processed locally, and sold locally, Fischer Farms is an entirely transparent operation--customers are welcome to visit the farm to view the operations and a 100% satisfaction guarantee is offered. None of the cattle at Fischer Farms are supplemented with antibiotics, hormones, or animal by-products, and up until four months prior to processing the cattle are raised on lush pasture and feast on a grass-based diet. For the final four months, the animals receive a grain-based feed.Fischer Farms beef is available for purchase from the farm, the processor, and at a number of natural food stores throughout southern Indiana. The farm features four freezers that have enough space to supply a full range of beef cuts for customers year-round. Beef is available in a variety of selections: by the cut (steak, ground, stew, etc.), custom cut (specific customer request), ½, whole, and family/variety packs that include a sampling of cuts in 30, 50, 100, or 200lb packages. All meat is dry aged 21 days and meat sold from the farm is frozen. The farm also offers all natural pork and chicken.
