Kevin Casey and his staff stay true to the Mountain Brauhaus tradition of more than 58 years, serving authentic German cuisine, while presenting varied options for the contemporary diner — including vegan specials, as well as adventurous combinations of specialty ingredients and fresh local harvests. The Specials Menu at Mountain Brauhaus features fresh fish, vegetarian and vegan options, as well as locally raised meats and local produce. Also located on the Specials Menu are the featured draft beer and wine specials, as well as seasonal cocktails. They maintain a list of items from the regular menu that are appropriate for those with gluten sensitivity.
