Baia Pasta crafts artisanal dry pasta using the best Italian techniques and organic American flours. True to the Italian tradition: Baia Pasta is cold-kneaded, shaped through brass dies, and dried gently at low temperatures. As a result, their small batch pastas have a rough surface and a great al dente texture, with exceptional mouthfeel and unique flavor.

All they do is dictated by the principles of the Slow Food movement: to provide people with delicious food that is good for them, good for the people who grow/produce it, and good for the Earth. To keep things sustainable they only use recycled materials and vegetable inks for their packaging, and they source all materials and ingredients as locally as possible.

At the store they carry all of their pastas and plenty of pantry local and organic provisions to make Baia Pasta the star of your meals.
