The Supper Club is dedicated to providing patrons with the freshest farm to table dining experience. All of their menu items are prepared using only the highest quality ingredients, grown and produced by local Western Pennsylvania farmers and distributors. They also host regular events designed to educate guests on the importance of supporting local agriculture, being wise consumers of natural resources and protecting bio-diversity. "We feel that local Farm to Table dining is the most direct way for our guests to get the freshest and most flavorful food our region has to offer. We reach from across the street to across the state to bring these amazing local, sustainable and organic items to the plate. Working with these high quality grass fed beef & lamb, cured meats, dairy, cheeses, produce and even honey makes my job of creating delicious flavors that much easier.
