Since 2006, they have strived to offer exemplary service and food one hundred percent of the time. Their goal is consistent excellence from the back of the house to the front, each and every time you visit. Checkers' food is prepared from scratch, using primarily locally grown and raised foods. Small farms grow many of their local foods, organically, in Lancaster County. For this reason, they change a good portion of their menu on a seasonal basis. They also provide several signature dishes as well as traditional comfort foods. At Checkers Bistro, making and serving excellent food is not a job, it is a passion.
