Their steaks are sourced from Double R Ranch in Boise, Idaho. Natural and Hormone Free. All steaks are custom aged a minimum of 28 days. Each steak is hand cut by the chef to their exacting standards. Whenever possible they source local organic farms for their produce, dairy and cheeses. Each ingredient is carefully chosen to be the finest available.
