They aspire to use the most naturally grown and fresh ingredient locally available (focusing on organic) in their food, using only non-genetically modified bread and flours, cane sugars and pure vanilla. There is NO high fructose corn syrup in their food. Everything is made from scratch; they slow roast their own turkey, pork, beef, and chicken. Their sausage and hamburgers are handmade. They have vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan entries and are able to accommodate most food allergies. The goal at Notchtop Bakery Café is that you have a unique and pleasant experience while you relax and dine with them. Their natural, made from scratch recipes, using organic ingredients when possible, takes a while to prepare. So enjoy the view, read a book, talk to a stranger, or just relax and contemplate life, the food is worth the wait.
