About Caldwell Farm
Caldwell Farm was established in 1944, and is still farmed by its founding family. The farm was MOFGA (Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association) certified for organic milk production in 1999, and certified for organic beef production in 2000. Milk is sold to Horizon Dairy and marked under the Vermont Organic Cow label. It is available in glass bottles under the Caldwell Family Farm label. The beef is marketed at several health food stores, co-ops, some restaurants, and locally.
