Flatbush Food Coop is a natural foods cooperative located in the heart of Brooklyn, NY. Our retail outlet is a whole foods grocery store with a strong emphasis on organic products. We carry organic and pasture-raised beef, free-range chicken and turkey, organic milk and cheeses, free-range eggs and so much more. Flatbush Food Coop is a member-driven community project promoting personal health and nutrition, a safe environment, alternative business practices, and community consciousness. Our member-owned store exists as a local alternative to the for-profit chain megastores that are rapidly taking over natural foods retailing. You don't need to be a member to shop at our coop -- we're open to the public -- but members receive discounts and other benefits.
