Prima is a modern Italian restaurant with old world sensibility featuring meat, seafood, and produce raised by local farmers and ranchers using sustainable farming practices. As such, Prima's menu, which changes daily, is best described as seasonal and market driven. Everything is made on the premises under the direction of Executive Chef-Owner Peter Chastain and his Sous Chefs. The restaurant also features over 1,600 wine selections including approximately 700 aged selections. The wine list is updated bi-weekly. They use the best products from farmers, ranchers, and artisan makers, who use sustainable practices to showcase modern Italian cuisine.
