About Peterson's Farm

Our prime objective at Peterson's Farm is to provide fresh, naturally grown farm products to visitors. We also want to share our knowledge and enjoyment of small scale family farming with everyone. We offer a fine selection of seasonal products such as pumpkins, honey, dried flowers, tomatoes and two kinds of persimmons, the hard and the soft varieties. This year we have lots of Cinderella pumpkins which are not only very beautiful but good eating, too! We enjoy giving you ideas and helpful hints on how to use our products. We welcome visitors that want to purchase quality, pesticide free farm products at reasonable prices. Peterson's Farm is an enjoyable, educational destination for families and schools. In the spring we give a talk about bees and how their life cycle is like the butterfly's. The children also get to see and feed the animals. School groups usually spend about an hour and a half here, more if they eat lunch in the picnic area. Our field trips are learning experiences, not just a day away from school!
