About Callister Farm
We are a fifth generation farm family raising: cornish cross broilers, heritage turkeys, and laying hens. We are the home of Minnesota's Poulet Rouge TM, a heritage European style chicken. Our animals are free range in the summer, warm & comfy inside a spacious barn in winter.We don't use antibiotics, medications, growth hormones or stimulants, or animal by-products. We have a "Minnesota Equal To" processing plant on the farm where we process all our chickens and turkeys. Every year we have a farm tour and "down home dinner" please check calander.
