Product Descriptions: Fallow deer venison for sale. Available in fresh or frozen retail cuts (steaks, chops, racks, stews and ground). Organ meats (heat, kidneys and liver), trim and bones available for pet food. Value-added products include jerky, kippered steaks, summer sausage, pepperoni, snack sticks, hotdogs, kielbasa and bologna. Whole and split carcasses available for the restaurant trade, along with our most popular “Restaurant Combination” (two hind legs and a saddle). We also offer Gift Packs and Mixed Cut Box or Grill Specials. Distribution: Products available within USA through farm-gate sales, farmers’ markets, to retail stores, via Internet sales and to restaurants. On farm pickup Sat-Sun 10-4, order taken daily. Payment options are cash credit cards, and cheque. Other Information: In business since 1996. Fallow Hollow venison received two silvers at the Panache d’or Venison competitions. Our venison was featured at the James Beard Foundation and the New York Wine Foundation dinners. This is some of the best venison available. Grass fed and chemical free. USDA inspected.
