4 Quarters Holdings offers beef, pork and chicken grown using organic methods. Farm practices include rotational grazing, winter forage production, small grains, cover cropping and forestry. Crop production uses plow downs, compost, approved Organic fertilizers and our own foot steps. Our beef herd consists of Belted Galloways which are pasture-raised and winter-fed our stored grass hays and haylage. All of our beef is finished on grass. Beef and pork are processed at a USDA plant, and we offer all traditional cuts by the pound or box. MSG free processed meats, links, brats, bacon, hams, are also available. Chickens are processed at a state inspected plant and are sold as whole chickens or in smaller cuts. We sell to various local restaurants and organic stores, and directly to individuals. Our meat is in high demand, so please contact us for information regarding availability.
