The breeding program uses the best genetics from three countries: France, Canada and the United States. Wayne and his family have traveled extensively for many years selecting the best bloodlines. The cows are Angus-Limousin hybrids imported from Alberta, Canada.Either Aubrac or Limousin sires are then used. These French breeds have been preferred for centuries by French chefs for their full flavor and natural leanness.
