Lobel's of New York is an online butcher shop, offering premium USDA prime beef, American Wagyu beef, all-natural lamb and veal, Kurobuta pork, and heritage beef and pork, as well as specialty food products and merchandise. All of their meat is shipped fresh, never frozen, and is the most tender and flavorful meat available anywhere. All of their meats have been judged by the USDA to be free-range, all-natural, pasture-raised, and/or certified humane. Much, though not all, of these meats are organic, yet if you are concerned for the welfare of the livestock from which your meat derives, than look no further, as Lobel's prides themselves on offering only meat that has been raised responsibly and humanely.
