Family owned and operated for almost 100 years, we embrace humane, natural, old-world farming practices. Our heritage beef comes from prize-winning Polled Herefords. We pasture-raise our cows and exceed the recommended cow to acre ratio for grazing. We do not use hormones or antibiotic feed additives. We respect our animals, and treat them humanely.
