The Basin Harbor Club restaurant is housed within the Basin Harbor Club, located on 700 acres overlooking Lake Champlain. Chef David Merril serves classic New England fare with fresh natural local ingredients including hormone-free milk and free-range poultry. Merril also buys local organic produce as much as possible. Vermont has been heralded as a forerunner in the Localvore movement. The quality and beauty of our New England state’s landscape depends upon working farms and its farmers. And our relationships with them create more jobs and allow us to use local and fresh ingredients in our menus.
